We’re Dr. Calla Selfridge, a Physical Therapist and former D1 swimmer, and Coach Amanda Hershberg, a Certified Personal Trainer and Therapeutic Exercise Specialist. We’re both hypermobile, we’ve trained hundreds of hypermobile clients, and we’ve seen the same thing over and over: trainers want to help, but they’re missing the tools and knowledge to do it confidently.
